About
An elementary teacher for over 30 years, Molly Stoner brings to her work a vast experience with guiding and observing students, as well as an intuitive, warm presence. She has been practicing yoga for over two decades, largely under the guidance of her mentor Scott Willis. Molly trained and certified (200- and 300-hour) with Hits the Spot Yoga in 2012 and 2015. She further trained with Breathe for Change (200-hour) in 2022, focusing on the teaching of yoga and social emotional learning (SEL) with school children.
Molly's vision is to offer others the calm centering that the ongoing practice of yoga has offered her. “I hope to provide opportunities for renewal, equanimity and spontaneous joy that yoga cultivates.” Molly encourages the development of each individual's inner resources through the practices of asana poses, gentle vinyasa, meditation and breathwork.
